[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n\n\nHALIFAX, Oct. 3 /CNW/ - Jim Eisenhauer, the chief executive of a\nLunenburg, N.S.-based equipment manufacturing company, has been appointed to\nthe Board of Directors of Nova Scotia Power Inc.\n\n\nHe is President and Chief Executive Officer of ABCO Group Limited, which\nhas holdings in manufacturing and distribution activities.\n\n\nMr. Eisenhauer has 30 years of industry experience, and has served on\nBoards of Directors in both the private and public sectors. He is presently a\nBoard Member of Atlantic Industries Ltd., Nova Scotia Business Inc., and\nComposites Atlantic Limited. He has previously served on the boards of\norganizations such as Nova Scotia Voluntary Planning (Chair), Nova Scotia\nInnovation Corporation, the Premier's Council on Innovation and Technology,\nand the Nova Scotia Community College Foundation.\n\n\n"We are very pleased to welcome Jim Eisenhauer to our Board of\nDirectors," said John McLennan, Chair of the Nova Scotia Power Board.
