[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n\n\nSAINT JOHN, Sept. 20 /CNW/ - Today, the Federal Court of Appeal heard the\nFriends of Rockwood Park (FORP) leave to appeal application related to the\nBrunswick Pipeline project.\n\n\nFollowing the hearing, the Court dismissed the FORP application for leave\nto appeal the National Energy Board approval of the Brunswick Pipeline project\nand the related Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity issued for the\nproject.\n\n\n"We are pleased with the outcome of today's hearing, and are continuing\nto develop the project toward a November 2007 construction start-up date and\nNovember 2008 in-service date," said Robin McAdam, president.\n\n\nA separate application by FORP seeking a judicial review related to the\nNEB process is still pending direction from the court on the process for\ndealing with the matter.\n\n\nAbout Brunswick Pipeline\n\n\nBrunswick Pipeline is a wholly owned subsidiary of Emera Inc.
