(\"Knowlton\") (TSXV: KWC‑H.V) has previously announced its proposed reverse take-over (\"RTO\") with Leni Gas Cuba Limited (\"LGC\").  Knowlton wishes to advise its shareholders that MEO Australia Ltd.
