Buzz Telecommunications Services announces changes in directors

MONTREAL, Dec. 20, 2011 /CNW Telbec/ - Buzz Telecommunications Services Inc. (TSXV: BZZ, the "Corporation"), announced the election of the following persons as Directors of the Corporation at its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:

Mr. Rafi Hazan
Mr. Cameron McDonald
Mr. Mazen Haddad
Mr. Noah Billick

Buzz Telecommunications Services would like to welcome its newest Board Member and independent member of the Audit Committee: Mr. Cameron McDonald.

Mr. McDonald is a Managing Partner with Atwater Financial Inc., a corporate finance advisory boutique and Senior Advisor to the Palos Merchant Bank LP. Mr. McDonald is a former investment banker with Canaccord Adams working in its technology and diversified industries groups. Mr. McDonald has an extensive background in both venture capital and public capital markets finance involving issuers on the TSX, TSX Venture and AIM exchanges. He has also previously acted as chief financial officer for a TSX Venture issuer through its initial listing and public offering stage. Mr. McDonald holds an MBA from McGill University, a BA in Business Administration from Washington State University and a BSc. from the University of Alberta. He has also completed the CFA designation.
