Elemental Minerals Ltd - Completion of Share Placement

PERTH, Australia, Nov. 28, 2012 /CNW/ - Elemental Minerals Ltd (ASX, TSX: ELM) ("Elemental" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that it has today completed the private placement offering of ordinary shares announced on 20 November 2012 (the "Placement").

The Placement of 36,542,142 new fully paid ordinary shares at A$0.385 per share has been made within Elemental's 15% placement capacity under the ASX Listing Rules.

The Placement was undertaken on a combined non-underwritten brokered basis with BMO Capital Markets, Renaissance Securities (Cyprus) Limited and National Bank Financial Inc.

An appendix 3B and notice under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act are attached with respect to the issue.
