[{"type":"text","content":"Electrum Discovery Advances AMT Geophysical Survey at Timok East, Identifying Additional Drill Targets\n(TheNewswire)\n\n\n \n\n\n\nVancouver, Canada – TheNewswire - January 21, 2026 – Electrum Discovery Corp. (\"Electrum\" and/or the \"Company\")\n(TSX-V:ELY | FRA:R8N | OTC:ELDCF) is pleased to announce that it has completed and received\ninversion results for the Phase 2 Audio-Magnetotelluric (\"AMT\") survey at the Company's\ncopper-gold Timok East exploration project located within the prolific Western\nTethyan Belt in the Republic of Serbia. Additionally, dating results\nhave been received for a recently discovered zone of andesite,\nconfirming a Late Cretaceous age.\n\n\n\nHighlights:\n\n\n\n\nFieldwork completed and results received for a 12.5\nsquare kilometres Phase 2 AMT survey covering the western part of the\nTimok East project. \n\n\n\nThe new combined AMT model using stations from both\nsurveys has significantly extended the 3D resistivity model and\nhighlighted two distinctive zones of high conductivity at 250–550\nmetres depth. \n\n\n\nLate Cretaceous age confirmed for specimen of andesite\nwithin the Limestone Boundary magnetic anomaly of Timok East,\nunderpinning searchspace for porphyry and/or epithermal mineralisation\nrelated to the Timok Magmatic Complex. \n\n\n\nCombined results from Phase 1 and Phase 2 AMT survey,\ngenerate new compelling drill targets. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\nDr Elena Clarici, CEO and President of Electrum\ncommented: “The integration\nof AMT results from our previous and new surveys, andesitic units\nfound in the Limestone Boundary magnetic anomaly, and dating studies\nconfirming the andesites to be Late Cretaceous, has provided\nadditional confidence that the footprint of magmatism related to the\nTimok Magmatic Complex extends further to the east into Timok East.\nThe new combined AMT model using stations from both surveys has\nsignificantly extended the 3D resistivity model and highlighted two\ndistinctive zones of high conductivity at 250–550 metres depth.\nTheir geometry and position relative to mapped stratigraphy are highly\nencouraging for porphyry and related hydrothermal mineralisation.\nThese results provide a strong technical basis for advancing these new\ntargets into a drill-ready stage in 2026.”\n\n\n&#x...
