Liberty Mines Provides Drilling Results Update Including Interception of 3.41% Nickel Over 1.96 Metres at its Hart Project

(TSX: LBE) (\"Liberty\"\n or the \"Company\") is pleased to provide an update on drilling results\n on its Hart and Redstone Projects, both located in in the Shaw Dome\n area south of Timmins Ontario, and within approximately five kilometers\n of the Company's Redstone Mill.  Highlights of recently completed\n results include the interception of 3.41% nickel (Ni) and 0.06% copper\n (Cu) over 1.96 metres (m) in diamond drill hole H-12-35 and 1.19% Ni\n and 0.07% Cu over 3.97 m in hole H-12-36.\n\n\nHart Project\nThe Company has engaged in nearly continuous drilling on the Hart\n Project since early 2011 following major drilling campaigns in 2007 and\n 2008.  Drilling at Hart in early 2012 has focused on exploration of the\n Hart Deposit, Hart East Zone, discovered in 2008, and exploration of\n the \"A6\" area, an exploration target.  Thus far in 2012, 6,047m in\n fifteen diamond drill holes have been completed on the Hart property,\n including 911m in two holes on the Hart East Zone, located\n approximately 300m east of the Hart Deposit and 1,249m in six holes in\n the A6 area, located approximately 1.5 kilometers east of the Hart\n Deposit.  All zones are Kambalda-style nickel sulphide mineralization\n hosted within ultramafic rocks near their contact with felsic volcanic\n rocks and iron formation on the south portion of the Shaw Dome, south\n of Timmins. Drill results for the Hart Deposit and Hart East Zone are\n summarized on Table 1 and Figure 1 while information concerning these\n drill holes is available on Table 2.
