Mr. Chris Stewart will be formally appointed CEO of LBE as soon as he completes his duties with his present employer, expected to be in a short number of weeks.Mr. Stewart comes from a strong operational background, having served most recently as the Manager of Shaft Projects for BHP Billiton's Jansen Project in Saskatchewan. Mr. Stewart is a licensed professional engineer with 18 years of experience in the mineral industry. He has established a strong track record in mining services and operations supported by a solid reputation for maintaining exceptional standards of workplace safety. Prior to joining Liberty Mines Inc., Mr. Stewart has held executive positions including serving as Vice President with TESC Mining Services and Lake Shore Gold Corp. whereas Vice President of Operations he led the company from exploration to production. He holds a B.Sc in Mining Engineering from Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario.Mr. Wu, Director of Liberty and Chairman of Jilin Jien Nickel Industry Co.
