[{"type":"text","content":"\n\nRNS\n12 May 2025\nEleco Plc\n(\"Eleco\", \"Group\" or the \"Company\")\n \nPublication of 2024 Annual Report and Accounts, Notice of Annual General Meeting, and Final Dividend Dates\n \nThe Board of Eleco plc (AIM: ELCO), the specialist software provider for the built environment, announces that the Annual General Meeting for the year ended 31 December 2024 will be held at Cavendish's headquarters, One Bartholomew Close, London, EC1A 7BL on 3 June 2025 at 11:00 (BST). \nPrinted copies of the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024 and Notice of Annual General Meeting have been posted to those shareholders who requested to receive them. The form of proxy has also been posted to all shareholders.
