(OTCQB: ECPN) announced today that the \n Shareholders’ Meeting will be held at The Inn of the Mountain Gods in \n Ruidoso, NM on September 28th 2016 at 10:00 am. The Inn of \n the Mountain Gods is offering a preferred rate for meeting attendees, \n and this rate should be requested when making reservations.\n \n \n The purpose of moving the meeting is to allow shareholders to visit the \n mine site at Capitan, NM, about 25 miles from The Inn of the Mountain \n Gods. Shareholders will be able to view, firsthand, the recent \n activities at the mine site.\n \n \n The results of recent activities at the mine include the excavating of \n ore and the concentration of the ore through the AuraSource Heavy Metals \n Separation equipment. Stockpiles of ore, from each stage of the process, \n are currently located at the mine for efficient, continued production \n and concentration activities.\n \n \n At the meeting, the shareholder presentation will also provide, in \n detail, a complete explanation of the transportation of the ore \n concentrates to Logistica, who further concentrates the initially \n concentrated ore, thus producing the valuable concentrates such as those \n that have recently been deposited in the bonded COMEX warehouse. It is \n important to realize that the concentration of the ore at both the mine \n site and at Logistica is a multiple-step process, with the ore \n continually becoming more concentrated with each step.\n \n \n The meeting will also provide a description of the commercial production \n line that has been designed and is expected to be established for the \n extraction of the actual precious metals by Logistica. El Capitan \n Precious Metals, Inc. is looking forward to having the opportunity to \n provide its shareholders with a full explanation and demonstration of \n its activities, eliminating questions and misinformation related to the \n Company’s ability to produce precious metals.\n \n \n About El Capitan Precious Metals, Inc.:\n \n \n El Capitan Precious Metals, Inc. is a mining company based in \n Scottsdale, Arizona that is principally engaged in the mining of \n precious metals and other minerals.
