Mr. Nikolic has over 40 years in design and manufacturing of process equipment.\n\nMike Mackay, Vice President Marketing. Mr. Mackay has over 20 years in international and domestic sales and marketing with an emphasis on metal reprocessing technology and hydraulic pneumatic engineering technology.\n\nThe Company further announces the registration of the following three, new and wholly owned subsidiaries. \n\nEKO Canada Corp. (an Ontario corporation) has been formed to hold all of the Company's Canadian assets. \n\nEnvirometals Corp. (an Ontario corporation) has been formed to carry on the business of producing and marketing scrap metal processing equipment and to set up facilities to process scrap metal produced by metal working factories. The operations are expected to begin processing aluminium and brass shavings in Fergus Ontario.\n\nAccrue Professional Services Corp. (an Ontario corporation) has been formed to provide management and financial advisory services.
