The six year agreement has minimum\nguaranteed royalties of £189,000 during the term of the contract.\n\nIBL Chief Executive, Tony Hutchinson, comments: \"We are very pleased to have\nsigned an agreement with Tenzero, a newly formed division of Sondico UK. The\nTenzero principals have a wealth of experience in the performance categories\nand first class relationships in the sports retail sector of both the UK and\nIreland. Launching in spring 2007 we look forward to seeing Admiral football\nand cricket kits once again gracing the parks and playing fields around the\ncountry.\n\nThis announcement underlines the strategic transition of Admiral's distribution\nin the UK. Combined with recent agreements announced with ASDA and Rajan Group\nPlc, the Tenzero agreement realigns Admiral into a multi category/sector brand\nas opposed to operating a traditional single distribution model.\n\nAs a consequence of the strategic transition, we are receiving minimum\nguarantees, demonstrating a growing confidence in the Admiral brand in the UK\nmarket.
