Director Shareholding

Embargoed: 0730hrs, 28 June 2005 International Brand Licensing (the 'Company') Directors Shareholding International Brand Licensing has today granted Adam Reynolds and Gordon Hall options (the 'Options') over 1,250,000 and 500,000 Shares in the Company respectively.
