[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 3761V EKF Diagnostics Holdings PLC 02 November 2017 \n\n \nEKF Diagnostics Holdings plc\n(\"EKF Diagnostics\" or the \"Company\")\n \nConfirmation of share cancellation\nTotal voting rights\n \nEKF Diagnostics Holdings plc (AIM: EKF), the AIM listed medical diagnostics business, refers to its announcement dated 3 October 2017 and confirms that the 6,630,032 referred to in that announcement, being the majority of the shares held in the escrow account together with the 1,000,000 shares bought back and currently held in treasury, will be cancelled with effect from 3 November 2017 (the \"Cancellation\").\n \nFollowing the Cancellation, the Company's total issued share capital will consist of 458,632,749 ordinary shares of 1 pence each (\"Ordinary Shares\") with one voting right per share.
