Despite the persistently challenging market environment and volatile currency developments, the internationally operating company was able to significantly increase its revenue and earnings. Einhell remains committed to consistently advancing its vision of reaching the second and third billion in revenue with its Power X-Change platform. Strong first half-year: Growth in revenue and earnings\n\nIn the first six months of 2025, Einhell increased its consolidated revenue by roughly 9.3 percent year-on-year to approximately EUR 630 million, compared to EUR 576.2 million in the same period of the previous year. Earnings before taxes have not yet been finalised but are currently estimated at approximately EUR 59 million (previous year: EUR 50.1 million). The EBT margin before PPA is expected to remain strong at over 9.3%, despite adverse currency effects, which will continue to pose a risk throughout the year. At the Annual General Meeting, the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board expressed their satisfaction with the Einhell Group’s performance in the first half of the year. The full-year forecast for 2025 was confirmed.\n\n Power X-Change as a growth engine\n\nThe Power X-Change platform, comprising over 300 cordless tools and garden devices, serves as the central pillar of Einhell’s strategic direction. Einhell’s own battery production in Hungary and Asia already contributes over one million units per year to the supply.\n\nPower X-Change is the key growth driver propelling Einhell toward its next strategic milestones: reaching the second billion in revenue by 2029 at the latest, and the third billion by 2035.
