[{"type":"text","content":"EGR Exploration Receives Approval for Exclusion of Claims on the Frenchman River Watershed Within the Detour West Property\n\n\n (TheNewswire)\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n Vancouver, BC, August 20, 2024\n \n\n –\n \n\n TheNewswire –\n \n\n EGR Exploration Ltd.\n \n\n (TSX-V:EGR)\n \n (“\n \n EGR\n \n ” or the “\n \n Company\n \n ”)\n \n is\npleased to announce that it has successfully submitted and received\napproval for exclusion of select claims on the Detour West Property\nthat cover the Frenchman River Watershed.\n \n\n\n\n In the process of communication and engagement with the\nMoose Cree First Nation regarding the Detour West Property, it became\napparent that there is significant importance to the sensitive area of\nthe Frenchman River Watershed. As such, EGR applied for the exclusion\nand extension on claims held within the watershed in order to help\nprotect them. EGR will continue to apply for exclusions on the area\nprotected from future development. The twenty-seven claims in the\nexclusion are located on the western third of the Detour West Property\n(see fig1).\n \n\n\n\n Daniel Rodriguez CEO and Director comments, “From day\none, in doing our review of the Detour West Property we realized that\nthe watershed is important not only for the Moose Cree First Nation\nbut to the environment around us. These holes are planned in a modified grid\nformat to cover tighter spaced areas over potential high priority\ntargets\n \n\n while minimizing disturbance by using as\nmuch of the existing trail network and existing road access for the\nplanned holes.
