The\nCompany is also announcing the resignation of Rafael Vaudrin.\n \n \n \n Board of Director Changes\n \n \n \n The Board of Directors have unanimously approved the appointment of\nDavid Stevenson as a director of EGR Exploration. This decision was\nmade following the resignation of Rafael Vaudrin. Mr. Vaudrin has\ntaken on a new position which does not allow for outside directorships\ndue to potential conflicts of interest.
