(Dusty) Nicol to the Board of Directors and the appointment\nof Brian Atkinson P.Geo to the Advisory Board and act as the Company's\nQualified Person (\"QP\").\n \n \n Mr. Nicol has over 45 years of experience in mineral exploration with\na solid record of discoveries in gold and copper globally in various\ndeposit styles. He graduated with a\n \n B.Sc\n \n . in Earth Science from M.I.T. He also has an\nM.A. degree in geology from Indiana University. Mr. Nicol has designed\nand managed successful gold exploration programs throughout North and\nSouth America, Africa, Russia, the Former Soviet Union, and Papua New\nGuinea. He has held multiple senior corporate positions in publicly\nlisted companies, including V.P. of Exploration, CEO and Chairman. He\ncurrently sits on the Board of Directors for Mountain Boy Minerals\nLtd. and Blue Thunder Mining Inc, where he is also the CEO.\n \n \n Mr. Atkinson has over 40 years of experience as a geologist. He\nattended McMaster University graduating, with a degree in Geology from\nMcMaster University. Mr. Atkinson has spent the majority of his career\nas Regional Resident Geologist for Ontario Geological Survey in Red\nLake and Timmins. Currently, he is a consultant and practising\nregistrant of Professional Geoscientists Ontario.
