BDO will oversee the transition\nof EESTech becoming registered as a full reporting and compliant publicly\ntraded company.\n\n EESTech\nhas also contracted MJ Elite Business Solutions as our company accountant. The\nmanaging director, Megan Just was previously a partner with BDO and as such, is\nwell equipped to undertake a complete review of our historical accounts, which\nwill provide a cost effective contribution to the overall audit process.\n\n EESTech has\nrecently completed the implementation of revised accounting procedures that BDO\nwill audit to complete regulatory requirements.
