EESTech Inc wishes to inform all Shareholders that the company?s share transfer agent, Mr Don Maddalon of Integrity Stock Transfer has retired and as a consequence, the agency has closed.

Don, through Integrity Stock Transfer, has supported EESTech and its Shareholders since EESTech first became a publicly traded company. EESTech wishes to thank Don for the service that he and Integrity have provided and would like to wish him and the staff at Integrity all the very best for the future. 

Now that Integrity is no longer acting for EESTech and in order to support all EESTech Shareholders with their future Share Transfer requirements and questions, EESTech is please to announce the appointment of Action Stock Transfer Corporation as its new share transfer agent.
