The AGM will be held at the offices of Fieldfisher LLP at Riverbank House, 2 Swan Lane, London, EC4R 3TT at 9:00am on Thursday 14 December 2023. The Notice will also be published today on the Company's website at: www.eenergyplc.com.\n \nThe Company encourages shareholders to submit any questions for the board to consider in respect of the business of the AGM. Questions should be submitted in advance by email by 12 December 2023 by sending them to [email protected] with the title \"eEnergy Group plc Shareholder Questions\" and including the shareholder's full name.
