[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n5 June 2023\n \neEnergy Group plc\n(\"eEnergy\" or \"the Company\")\n \nAIM Rule 17 Schedule 2(g) Update\n \neEnergy (AIM: EAAS), the net zero energy services provider, announces the following information relating to directors' disclosure under Rule 17 Schedule 2 paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.\nAndrew Lawley, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been a director of a private company, Hunter Boot Limited, since 8 June 2020.\nOn 2 June 2023, Clare Kennedy, Daniel Imison and Catherine Williamson of AlixPartners were appointed Joint Administrators of Hunter Boot Limited.
