[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n \n\n \nPosting of Notice of AGM\nEDX Medical Group PLC · EDX\n4 September 2023\n\nEDX Medical Group PLC (\"EDX Medical\" or the \"Company\"), which develops innovative digital diagnostic products and services supporting personalised treatment solutions for cancer, heart disease, neurology and infectious diseases, announces that its annual general meeting (\"AGM\") will be held in the Roosevelt Room at Brown's Hotel, 33 Albemarle St, London, W1S 4BP at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, 27 September 2023.\nThe Notice of AGM and Form of Proxy will be posted today, 4 September 2023, to eligible shareholders.
