(TSXV: SZM) (\"ScoZinc\" or the \"Company\") announces that on Monday, 15th June 2020, the Company filed its 2019 Audited Annual Financial Statements and associated Management's Discussion and Analysis (\"MD&A\").The President and CEO, Mr. Mark Haywood, stated: \"Management is pleased to report that our audit team successfully completed the annual audit requirements on schedule with the Board of Directors' approval of the 2019 Annual Financial Statements and MD&A received on Monday 15th June 2020. All regulatory filings were completed on the same day in full compliance of our TSX.V listing requirements.
