Mr. Howard Milne, the Company's President and director, has extensive experience in the bio-tech industry where he was the Vice-President of a listed Bio-Pharma company with ties to China for six years.\nManagement has narrowed its focus to the medical field, and is pleased to announce that Richard J. Freeman, B.Sc., M.A. (Toronto), Ph.D. (Waterloo), R. Psych., has agreed to join the Company's newly formed Advisory Board. If the Company proceeds with a medical technology, Dr. Freeman will be instrumental in assisting and guiding the Company through the due diligence process. Dr. Freeman is a clinical neuropsychologist who interned at the Clarke Institute of Psychiatry in Toronto, before completing a post-doctoral fellowship at the Department of Psychiatry at UBC. He is the author of more than 70 scientific articles, book chapters and presented papers, and the editor of two academic books. He was the founding principal of Recovery Management Associates, Inc., and Clinical Director of North Shore Neuropsychological Services. For the past 10 years, he has been Staff Neuropsychologist at Royal Columbian Hospital, working in the area of diagnosis and management of brain disorders including Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia.\nAt this time, the Company has not identified any new projects, nor is there any guarantee that a viable new project will be found in the future.
