(the \"Company\") is pleased to report results from a recent reconnaissance soil sampling survey carried out on the PDL mineral property, located north of Keremeos, BC.\n\n\n \nTwo soil sampling lines, each of approximately 200 metres length were established in the vicinity of the known Astro alteration zone, last worked on by QPX Minerals in the late 1980's.\n\n\n \nA total of 23 soil samples were collected, with analyses carried out by Acme Analytical Labs of Vancouver, BC.\n\n\n \nA soil value of 76.4 ppb gold was returned from one soil sample collected approximately 120 metres east of the area previously trenched by QPX Minerals. This higher gold value is considered of great importance given that the majority of the soil samples returned background gold values in the range of 0.3 ppb gold to 0.7 ppb gold. The area of this highly anomalous gold value is believed to be underlain by a fault structure, untested by previous operators. The anomalous gold value also occurs on the eastern side of a geophysics anomaly (magnetic, VLF-EM) as previously determined by QPX Minerals.\n\n\n \nA further significant gold value of 9.4 ppb gold was returned from a soil sample taken 20 metres east of the QPX trenching area.\n\n\n \nIt is the Company's intention to have geological personnel carry out a more detailed examination and sampling program in the vicinity of the anomalous gold value(s) in an attempt to show continuity in the fault structure and other mineralization that may be associated with this structure. The Company is also considering other geophysical surveys that may aid in locating viable targets at depth, leading to an ultimate follow-up diamond drill program.\n\n\n \nQualified Person\n\n\n \nMr. Greg Thomson, P.Geo. is the Qualified Person as defined by National Instrument 43-101.
