(TSXV: EDDY) (OTC Pink: EDDYF) (FSE: VV0) (\"Edison\" or the \"Company\") announces that it intends to extend the expiry date of an aggregate of 4,000,000 common share purchase warrants (the \"Warrants\") by 24 months to October 26, 2027 (the \"Warrant Extension\"). The Warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement which closed on October 26, 2023, and are currently set to expire on October 26, 2025. Each Warrant entitles the holder thereof to acquire one common share of the Company (\"Share\") at an exercise price of $0.20 per Share. Insiders of the Company hold an aggregate of 920,000 of the Warrants. All other terms of the Warrants, including the exercise price, are to remain unchanged.
