(\"\n \n World Copper\n \n \") has been granted an interim order from the Supreme Court of\n \n British Columbia\n \n authorizing various matters, including the holding of a special meeting of World Copper shareholders to consider the previously announced transaction between\n \n Plata Latina\n \n and World Copper, pursuant to which\n \n Plata Latina\n \n will acquire the Zonia Copper Project in\n \n Arizona\n \n from World Copper (the \"\n \n Transaction\n \n \"), and the mailing of the joint management information circular of\n \n Plata Latina\n \n and World Copper (the \"\n \n Joint Circular\n \n \").\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n As described in the Joint Circular,\n \n Plata Latina\n \n will be holding a special meeting of\n \n Plata Latina\n \n shareholders (the \"\n \n Plata Latina Meeting\n \n \") to seek approval for:\n \n\n (a)     the non-brokered private placement of up to 200,000,000 units consisting of one common share of\n \n Plata Latina\n \n (\"\n \n\n Plata Latina Share\n \n\n \") and one-half of one warrant to acquire one\n \n Plata Latina Share\n \n , at a subscription price of\n \n C$0.10\n \n per unit, including the issuance of a maximum of 85,000,000 units to current insiders of the Company and their joint actors (the \"\n \n Concurrent Financing\n \n \");\n \n\n (b)     the issuance of options to purchase Plata Latina Shares to the holders of certain specified World Copper options in exchange for such options pursuant to the Transaction (the \"\n \n Replacement Option ...
