[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n \n RNS Number : 0754B\n Eden Research plc\n 07 June 2021\n \n \n \n \n 7 June 2021\n \n \n \n \n \n Eden Research Plc\n \n \n (\"Eden\" or \"Company\")\n \n \n \n \n \n Notice of AGM, virtual investor conference and 2020 Accounts \n \n \n \n \n \n Eden Research plc (AIM: EDEN), the AIM-quoted company focused on sustainable biopesticides and plastic-free formulation technology for use in the global crop protection, animal health and consumer products industries, announces that its Notice of the Annual General Meeting (\"AGM\") has been issued to shareholders and is now available on the Company's website: \n \n www.edenresearch.com\n \n \n \n \n The AGM is to be held on Wednesday 30 June 2021 at 12.00pm at \n 67C Innovation Drive, Milton Park, Abingdon, Oxfordshire, OX14 4RQ\n . \n \n \n In accordance with current Government regulations in relation to COVID-19, shareholders are encouraged to submit their Form of Proxy in advance of the General Meeting and are strongly discouraged from attending the General Meeting in person\n \n to safeguard the Company's shareholders' and employees' health, to comply with current Government guidelines, to minimise the unnecessary movement of people and to make the AGM as safe and efficient as possible.\n \n \n Should shareholders wish to ask any questions in relation to the Resolutions, which they may otherwise have asked at the AGM, had they been in attendance, they are encouraged to contact the Company prior to the AGM by email at \n \n [email protected]\n \n .\n \n \n Virtual Investor Conference\n \n \n Given the advised restrictions in place for the AGM due to COVID-19, the Company shall be holding a virtual investor conference at 1pm on 30 June 2021, where the executive team at Eden shall make a presentation to shareholders and other interested parties and shall answer questions that have been submitted to the Board ahead of time.
