(\"Daymsa\") of Zaragoza, Spain. \n \nIn 2013, Eden received approval for three active substances under the European Union Regulation (\"EC\") No. 1107/2009 concerning the Placing of Plant Protection Products on the Market. This data, which was generated by Eden to register its own plant protection product 3AEY, is also of value to third parties as a basis to register their own products using one or more of the same active substances.\n \nDaymsa already uses similar natural ingredients in its existing product portfolio and shall now register new products using the data for the active substances registered by Eden. \n \nClive Newitt, Managing Director of Eden comments: \"Having invested a considerable amount of time, money and effort into the EU approvals of the three active substances, it is pleasing to see a return on our investment through upfront and milestone payments, as well as royalties on commercial sales.
