Eden Research Plc (AIM: EDEN) the AIM-quoted company focused on sustainable biopesticides and plastic-free formulation technology for use in the global crop protection, animal health and consumer products industries, announces the following additional director disclosure provided pursuant to AIM Rule 17 and Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules.

Richard Horsman, Non-executive director of Eden, is Non-executive chairman of Toople Plc ("Toople"). On 21 October 2022, the Directors of Toople appointed an administrator to preserve value for creditors.
