In connection with his election to the Board,\n \n William Jones\n \n was granted 80,000 options (\"\n \n Options\n \n \") pursuant to the Company's amended and restated stock option plan. The Options are exercisable for common shares of the Company (\"\n \n Shares\n \n \") for a period of five years following the grant date at an exercise price of\n \n $0.60\n \n per Share.
