[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n \n \n \n Windidda Gold Project Update – Yilgarn Region Australia\n \n \n\n \n ECR Minerals plc\n \n \n\n \n \n \n 15 April 2019\n \n \n ECR MINERALS plc\n \n \n (“ECR Minerals”, “ECR” or the “Company”)\n \n \n Windidda Gold Project Update – Yilgarn Region Australia\n \n \n ECR Minerals plc (LON:ECR), the precious metals exploration and \n development company, is pleased to announce the Company has commenced \n processing and interpretation of airborne and ground geophysics in \n respect of the Company’s 100% owned Windidda gold project (the \n “Project”) in Western Australia.\n \n \n Readers are advised to consult the Company’s previous announcement \n outlining the submission of licence applications by the Company to form \n the Windidda gold project:\n \n \n https://polaris.brighterir.com/public/ecr_minerals/news/rns/story/rgkd6zw\n \n \n Highlights:\n \n \n \n Consultants instructed by ECR are now completing geophysical data \n processing and modelling to determine structural trends within, and \n the depth to, an interpreted buried Archaen greenstone belt at the \n Project;\n \n \n As reported in January 2019 nine new licence applications which \n comprise the Windidda Project have been submitted covering \n approximately 1,600 square kilometres of the Yilgarn Craton;\n \n \n The application areas have been identified as a potential greenstone \n hosted orogenic gold exploration opportunity with significant \n potential to contain Archaen greenstones buried beneath cover;\n \n \n The under cover greenstone exploration model has been successfully \n tested to date by Greatland Gold (LON:GGP) at its Ernest Giles project \n located approximately 125km east of ECR’s Windidda gold project;\n \n \n The processing and interpretation of airborne and ground geophysics is \n an important element in the determination of high profile drill \n targets, expected to be amenable to cost effective air core drilling \n enabling the rapid assessment of the potential for gold mineralisation.\n \n \n \n Craig Brown, Chief Executive Officer commented: “I am \n pleased to announce that we have launched the next crucial stage in the \n development of our understanding of scale of the Windidda gold project.\n \n \n The work being undertaken will greatly assist our understanding of the \n Project and help us to focus on the higher profile target...
