[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n \n \n \n Sampling Programme Bailieston Gold Project Australia\n \n \n\n \n ECR Minerals plc\n \n \n\n \n \n \n 14 September 2018\n \n \n ECR MINERALS plc\n \n \n (“ECR Minerals”, “ECR” or the “Company”)\n \n \n SAMPLING PROGRAMME BAILIESTON GOLD PROJECT AUSTRALIA\n \n \n ECR Minerals plc (LON:ECR) the precious metals exploration and \n development company is pleased to confirm the company has recommenced \n its gold exploration programme at the Bailieston Licence in Central \n Victoria, Australia.\n \n \n Highlights:\n \n \n \n The Company has identified eight principle targets within the \n Company’s five exploration licence areas and has developed an \n exploration programme designed to test surface gold mineralisation \n across the licence areas;\n \n \n Following the success achieved at Blue Moon and the discovery of a \n gold mineralised system the Company has launched a broad exploration \n programme across multiple targets;\n \n \n The initial programme has focused on ground exploration at the Byron \n and Cherry Tree Main targets, further details of which can be found in \n our market announcement of 20 February 2018;\n \n \n The first 150 rock chip samples have been collected from surface at \n Byron and Cherry Tree Main;\n \n \n Previous sampling of quartz veins plus the surrounding sedimentary \n rocks host rocks tested the hypothesis that low-grade mineralisation \n may be found in the wall rock. Results showed that the samples \n containing quartz veins were consistently higher, reaching 23 g/t Au;\n \n \n As a result a systematic campaign to sample all quartz veins, \n especially those not sampled previously, is underway to obtain a \n consistent dataset.
