[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n \n \n \n RECEIPT OF DEPOSIT FOR SUBSCRIPTION AND NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING\n \n \n\n \n ECR Minerals plc\n \n \n\n \n \n \n AIM: ECRUS OTC: MTGDY\n \n ECR MINERALS plc (“ECR Minerals”, “ECR” or the “Company”)\n \n RECEIPT OF DEPOSIT FOR SUBSCRIPTION AND NOTICE OF \n GENERAL MEETING\n \n \n The directors of ECR Minerals plc (the “Directors”) announce that \n further to the announcement dated 27 February 2017 (“Subscription \n Announcement”), the Company has today posted to shareholders a circular \n and notice of general meeting. In addition, the Directors are pleased to \n confirm that the Company has received in full the non-refundable deposit \n of £100,000 paid in connection with the conditional subscription \n described in the Subscription Announcement.\n \n \n Capitalised terms used, but not otherwise defined in this announcement \n shall have the same meanings as set out in the Subscription Announcement.\n \n \n At the forthcoming general meeting, shareholders will be asked to \n approve certain resolutions which will provide the Company with \n sufficient shareholder authorities to issue 55,356,391 Subscription \n Shares and warrants to Shenyang Xinliaoan Machinery Co Ltd.\n \n \n For more information on the Shenyang Xinliaoan Machinery Company, \n investors may refer to the company’s website at the following link: http://en.syxlajx.com\n \n \n In addition, the Company is also seeking Shareholders approval for \n additional authorities to issue further Ordinary Shares and dis-apply \n pre-emption rights for share issues other than in relation to the \n Subscription.\n \n \n Copies of the circular and notice will be available on the Company’s \n website www.ecrminerals.com \n and the general meeting will be held at the offices of Charles Russell \n Speechlys LLP, 5 Fleet Place, London, EC4M 7RD on 23 March 2017 at 10 \n a.m.\n \n \n ABOUT ECR\n \n \n ECR is a mineral exploration and development company.
