The test programme has been designed by \n ECR, in conjunction with its advisers.\n \n \n Readers are also advised to review the Company’s previous announcement \n dated 8 May 2019 which outlined the presence of a nuggetty gold system \n at Creswick, and this may be viewed through the following link:\n \n \n https://polaris.brighterir.com/public/ecr_minerals_plc/news/rns/story/wk5e8vw\n \n \n Highlights:\n \n \n \n ECR’s technical team, in conjunction with advice from tendering \n laboratories, have devised a structured approach to systematically \n test zones in and around the 640 sample bags (each close to 30 kg) \n containing quartz collected from the recent reverse circulation \n drilling campaign at the Creswick Gold Project;\n \n \n An initial trial selection process will utilise a metal detector to \n prioritise bags with a metallic signal. This is anticipated to \n expedite the sample selection from the large number of bags to send \n for full testing;\n \n \n Metal detecting is now underway and a number of bags have tested \n positive for metal content and have been removed from site for \n “whole-of-bag” testing. A testing process is being finalised with a \n preferred laboratory;\n \n \n Full laboratory analysis will require multiple steps including \n sieving, detecting, gold particle analysis, gravity concentration and \n assaying to determine the size distribution and grade of the coarse \n and fine gold within the sample;\n \n \n ECR will communicate the results of the testing process within an \n initial update expected in the near term and further interim updates \n as the whole of bag testing process continues.\n \n \n \n Craig Brown, Chief Executive Officer commented: “I am \n extremely pleased with the professionalism of the Company’s t...
