(TSX: ECO), a\n renewable chemicals company that produces a family of commercially\n proven bio-based products, today announced the introduction of a new\n line of EcoSphere® grades that are specifically formulated for inkjet paper coatings.\n\n\nCompatible with dye, pigment and hybrid-based high-speed inkjet printing\n processes, these products offer paper manufacturers, publishers and\n commercial printers excellent print quality with a simpler, more\n cost-effective and sustainable product. Traditional inkjet printing\n using dye-based inks requires the use of both a petroleum-based\n fixative and binder in the paper coating formulation. Part of these new\n offerings fully replaces both of these non-renewable chemicals with a\n single, bio-based additive. EcoSynthetix has filed a patent application\n covering this innovation.\n\n\nFor high-speed inkjet printers using pigment-based inks, EcoSynthetix is\n introducing new EcoSphere technology that fully replaces the\n petroleum-based binders used in the paper coating formulation with a\n renewable offering.\n\n\n\"Digital printing is a rapidly growing market in which paper makers,\n publishers and printers are continuously searching for additional ways\n to deliver value to customers.
