[{"type":"text","content":"\n RNS Number : 7989E Anglo Pacific Group PLC 30 December 2009  \n\nNews Release\n\n30th December 2009\nAnglo Pacific Group PLC\nTotal Voting Rights and Directors Holdings following Completion of the Scrip Dividend Alternative and Shares Issued in lieu of Remuneration to Executive Directors\n\nAnglo Pacific Group plc (\"the Company) announces that, pursuant to the Scrip Dividend Alternative that had been approved at the Annual General Meeting on 23rd April 2009, it has on 29th December 2009 allotted 476,657 Ordinary Shares of 2p each in the Company in respect of the interim dividend for the year ending 31st December 2009. Shareholders representing 25.8 % of the issued share capital elected to take scrip instead of cash. \n\nThe Company also announces that, as of 29th December 2009 and following the recommendation of the Remuneration Committee, it has issued 66,074 Ordinary Shares of 2p each in the Company at a price of 225.5p per share to the Executive Directors as part of their remuneration.\n\nAll the above shares rank pari passu in every respect with the existing issued ordinary shares in the Company.
