[{"type":"text","content":"\n RNS Number : 0852W Anglo Pacific Group PLC 22 July 2009 \n\n\nNews Release\n\n22nd July 2009\n\nAnglo Pacific Group plc\nResult of cash bid for Royalco Resources Ltd\n\nAnglo Pacific Group plc ('the Company') reports the results of its cash bid for Royalco Resources Ltd (Royalco), an Australian mining company quoted on the ASX that owns a number of royalty interests in Australia. The Company made a cash offer of 30 cents per share on 13th May 2009 for all the outstanding shares in Royalco it did not own. The offer was increase to 34 cents per share on 2nd July 2009 and the bid period extended to 10th July 2009. When the bid closed the Company had increased its shareholding from just under 20% to over 31%.
