[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n\nFOR: ANGLO PACIFIC GROUP PLC\n\nLSE SYMBOL: APF\nTSX SYMBOL: APY\n\nMay 30, 2013\n\nJoint Share Ownership Plan\n\nLONDON, UNITED KINGDOM--(Marketwired - May 30, 2013) - Anglo Pacific Group PLC (the \"Company\") (LSE:APF)(TSX:APY)\nannounces that on May 29, 2013 the Trustee of the Anglo Pacific Group Employee Benefit Trust (\"EBT\") exercised its\noption to acquire the beneficial interest in shares awarded on May 19, 2010 to two of the executive directors under the\nCompany's Joint Share Ownership Plan (\"JSOP\").\n\nAs announced on May 20, 2010, Mr Chris Orchard and Mr John Theobald each acquired 169,350 ordinary shares of 2p in the\nCompany (\"Shares\") on May 19, 2010 at a price of 248p per Share in co-ownership with the EBT. The Trustee exercised its\noption to acquire the beneficial interest in the Shares following certain performance conditions under the JSOP not\nbeing met. In accordance with the terms of the JSOP, the price paid by the Trustee to each of Mr Theobald and Mr Orchard\nfor exercising the options was GBP 10.\n\nThese shares will continue to be held by the EBT and can be used to make future awards to employees.
