[{"type":"text","content":"\n Anglo Pacific Group PLC\n24 January 2008\n\n\n\nNews Release\n\n\n\n24th January 2008\n\n Anglo Pacific Group PLC\n\n\nAnglo Pacific Group plc ('the Company) announces that, pursuant to the Scrip\nDividend Alternative that had been approved at the Annual General Meeting on\n25th April 2007, it has allotted 545,513 Ordinary Shares of 2p each in the\nCompany. Shareholders representing 27.5% of the issued share capital elected to\ntake scrip instead of cash.\n\n\nThe above shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued\nordinary shares in the Company.
