[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 9283E Anglo Pacific Group PLC 11 May 2017 \n\n \n \nNews Release\nMay 11, 2017\n \nAnglo Pacific Group PLC\nBoard Committee Changes & Notification of Transactions by Director/PDMRs \n \n \nAnglo Pacific Group PLC (the \"Company\") (LSE: APF, TSX: APY) announces that following a review of the composition of the Board Committees, the following changes to Committee membership were effective from May 10, 2017.\n \nNomination Committee membership is comprised of current members David Archer, Mike Blyth, Rachel Rhodes and Robert Stan. In addition Patrick Meier joined as the Chair of this Committee, succeeding Mr. Blyth.\n \nRemuneration Committee membership is comprised of current members Mike Blyth, David Archer and Robert Stan. Patrick Meier stepped down from this Committee. Mr. Blyth succeeds Mr. Archer as Chair of this Committee.\n \nThe membership of the Audit Committee remains unchanged.\n \nUnit Awards\nOn May 10, 2017, the Company granted contingent rights called Unit Awards to certain Directors and other persons discharging managerial responsibilities (\"PDMRs\") as follows:\n \n\n\n\n\nName of Director / PDMR\n\n\nExisting awards\n\n\nNumber of Plan Units allocated 10/05/2017\n\n\nTotal award\n\n\nCorresponding maximum % share of Plan Pool\n\n\n\n\nJulian Treger, Chief Executive Officer\n\n\n56,000\n\n\n20,000\n\n\n76,000\n\n\n76\n\n\n\n\nKevin Flynn, Chief Financial Officer\n\n\n4,000\n\n\n2,000\n\n\n6,000\n\n\n6\n\n\n\n\nJuan Alvarez, Head of Investments\n\n\n2,000\n\n\n2,000\n\n\n4,000\n\n\n4\n\n\n\n\n \nThe Unit Awards were granted under and subject to the terms of the Anglo Pacific Group PLC Value Creation Plan (the \"Plan\") as approved by the Company's shareholders at the Annual General Meeting on June 11, 2014.
