[{"type":"text","content":"\n Anglo Pacific Group PLC\n27 February 2008\n\n Anglo Pacific Group PLC\n AGM and Final Dividend dates\n\n27th February 2008\n\nThe Board of Anglo Pacific Group PLC, (APG), is pleased to announce that the\n2008 Annual General Meeting will be held at 17 Hill Street, London, W1J 5NZ on\nWednesday 23rd April 2008 at 9:30am.\n\nSubject to approval at this AGM, the final dividend for the year ending 31st\nDecember 2007 of 4.35p net per ordinary share will be paid on 1st August 2008 to\nshareholders registered on the share register at the close of business on 20th\nJune 2008. This represents an increase of 16% on the 2006 final dividend.
