Achieving the commissioning of the processing line is expected\nto lead to increased productivity at the Hawkesbury (TDP) facility,\nsetting the stage for final ramp-up.\n \n\n\n\n In preparing the rCB processing line for final\ncommissioning, Ecolomondo’s technical team has been working\nsystematically to check and start every piece of equipment in the rCB\nprocessing line’s downstream equipment, i.e. pelletizer, dryer,\nchiller, compressor, conveying and bagging systems, etc.\n \n\n\n\n These developments have led to several days of\nsuccessful uninterrupted production runs that produced approximately\n12 metric tons of quality rCB, a company first.\n \n\n\n\n During the startup of the processing line by the\ntechnical team, the Company’s production teams focused their efforts\non maintaining efficient production and full stack monitoring to\nproduce consistent pellet size and hardness, moisture content of less\nthan 1% and particle size distribution of D97 at 15 microns.\n \n\n\n\n Once fully operational, the Hawkesbury TDP facility is\nexpected to process approximately 1.3M to 1.5M scrap tires per year\nand produce on the average approximately 4,000 MT of recovered carbon\nblack, 5,000 MT of pyrolysis oil, 2,000MT of steel, and 1,200 MT of\nprocess gas.\n \n\n\n\n CURRENT EVENTS\n \n\n\n\n Webinar available\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n A new webinar on “\n \n\n Journey to Profitability: Unlocking\nEcolomondo’s ($ECM) Growth Potential\n \n\n ”\nexplores the Company&#...
