[{"type":"text","content":"Ecolomondo Provides Results of its Annual General Meeting Held on June 14, 2022\n \n \n (TheNewswire)\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Montreal –\n \n \n TheNewswire\n-\n \n \n June 17, 2022 -\n \n \n Ecolomondo Corporation (\n \n \n TSXV:ECM\n \n \n ) (the\n \n \n “\n \n \n Company\n \n \n ”\n \n \n or\n \n \n “\n \n \n Ecolomondo\n \n \n ”) wishes\nto inform its shareholders that, during the Company’s annual general\nmeeting of shareholders (the “\n \n \n AGM\n \n \n ”) that was virtually held on June 14,\n2022, the shareholders of the Company (the “\n \n \n Shareholders\n \n \n ”)\nunanimously adopted all resolutions presented to them outlined in the\ninformation circular that was sent to them and filed on SEDAR dated\nMay 13\n \n \n th\n \n \n , 2022 (the “\n \n \n Information Circular\n \n \n ”).\n \n \n \n \n The Shareholders approved all resolutions put before\nthem, namely: (i) setting the number of the board of directors to\neight and the election of the directors of the Company for the ensuing\nyear (for further information on the elected directors, please refer\nto the Information Circular), (ii) the re-appointment of Raymond\nChabot Grant Thornton LLP as auditors for the ensuing year; and (iii)\nthe Company’s “rolling” stock option plan.\n \n \n \n \n The AGM was duly constituted and a total of 146,932,872\ncommon shares were represented at the AGM, representing 80.02% of the\nissued and outstanding common shares of the Company.\n \n \n \n \n During the AGM, the CEO of the Company, Mr. Elio\nSorella, explained that construction of the Hawkesbury plant has been\ncompleted and that commissioning of the Hawkesbury Thermal\nDecomposition facility is advancing daily with initial production soon\nto begin with ramp-up of production to begin early in August 2022.\n \n \n \n \n Eliot Sorella, President & CEO, pointed out that\n“while COVID brought some delays to the commissioning timeline of\nour Hawkesbury project, and even though we are still feeling some of\nthe tailwinds of COVID, such as unprecedented inflation, tight\nsupplies and long delivery delays, the Hawkesbury facility is still on\ntrack to soon be commissioned followed by the beginning of commercial\noperations”.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Click Im...
