This will be the Company’s first\nUS-based waste-to-resources TDP plant capable of processing and\nrecycling end-of-life tires (“\n \n \n ELT\n \n \n ”) into saleable recycled commercial\nresources for re-use.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Click Image To View Full Size\n \n \n \n Shamrock, Texas\n \n \n \n The Company further announces that it has entered into\na binding land purchase agreement for a 136.76 acre parcel of land on\nI-40 in Shamrock, Texas, for the proposed plant construction. In the\nbinding agreement, the Shamrock Economic Development Corporation will\npurchase the land and resell it to Ecolomondo for US $1.00 in\nconsideration for selecting Shamrock, TX, as the location for its US\nlaunch.\n \n \n \n \n Production capabilities for the six-reactor facility\nsuggest an estimated 50,000 metric tons of ELTs that could be\nprocessed each year, yielding approximately 15,900 metric tons of\nrecovered carbon black (rCB), 128,100 barrels of oil, 5,400 metric\ntons of steel, 2,550 metric tons of fiber and 4,800 metric tons of\nsyngas; roughly three times the size of the Company’s Hawkesbury\n(Ontario) plant output that will soon commence commercial operations.\n \n \n \n \n The Shamrock facility will serve as the Company’s\nflagship into the US market.
