(ECDP) a distributor of the WaterGizzi brands (www.watergizzi.com)\nhas completed the terms of their September 14, 2015 distribution agreement with\nPureNext Technologies, Inc.\n\nEco Depot, Inc. has secured the\nNorth American rights to distribute the WaterGizzi Squeeze and WaterGizzi 360\nproducts for 2,000,000 common shares which cannot be sold publicly until after\nFebruary 26, 2017. The Company has also\nissued 10,000,000 common shares (subject to the same restrictions) to secure an\nownership stake in these products. All\n12,000,000 shares will be held in the custody of Eco Depot’s transfer agent\npending further instructions.The WaterGizzi\nSqueeze and WaterGizzi 360 are currently in a developmental stage and upon\ncompletion, a purchase agreement will be executed.
