Publication of Annual Report and Accounts\nFurther to the announcement made on 29 June 2023, Eco Buildings Group plc (AIM: ECOB), provides the following update in relation to its Annual Report and Financial statements for its financial year ended 31 December 2022. \nThe Company is currently working with its auditors, PKF Littlejohn LLP, to complete the audit.
