[{"type":"text","content":"\n ECO Animal Health Group plc\n(\"ECO\" or the \"Company\")\n\nScrip dividend\n\nThe Board of ECO is pleased to confirm that it is recommending an unchanged\nfinal dividend of 5.45 pence per share making a total for the year of 7.15 pence\nper share (2008: 7.15 pence per share). The dividend may be taken in shares or\ncash.\n\nShareholder approval will be sought at the Annual General Meeting on 24\nSeptember 2009 to pay the final dividend on 9 November 2009 to shareholders on\nthe register on 2 October 2009 (record date).
