At the Annual General Meeting of ECO Animal Health Group PLC, all proposed resolutions were duly passed. Resolution 1 received 35,042,909 votes for (99.900%) and 34,924 votes against (0.100%). Resolution 2 saw 34,840,996 votes for (99.330%) and 234,879 votes against (0.670%). Resolutions 3 and 4 had similar outcomes, with approximately 82% in favor and 17.9% against. Resolutions 5, 6, 7 and 8 each received over 34.8 million votes for, representing over 99.2% approval.
